Our Entire First Floor Including Ballroom

Host your event with full access to the Academy’s first floor, including the Ballroom and historic rooms. This option offers a seamless flow between spaces—ideal for larger gatherings, weddings, and special occasions.

Ballroom Rental (Only)

Perfect for events centered in one grand space, the Ballroom offers a spacious and refined setting.

Pricing:

• $1,000 for a 4-hour rental
• $250 for each additional hour

Historic Home Rental — $1,500 (4 Hours)

This rental includes three signature spaces: the Dining Room, The Salon, and the Founders Room—each offering a distinctive and elegant atmosphere.

Additional Hours: $250 per hour

The Salon

Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful historic rooms in Rochester, The Salon features rich wood paneling, intricate architectural details, and timeless design. A German Steinway piano adds both visual elegance and the opportunity for live music.

Receptions, cocktail parties, fundraisers, corporate retreats, seminars, and intimate concerts.

The Founders Room

Known for its extraordinary craftsmanship and beautifully preserved historic molding, the Founders Room is a standout example of Rochester’s architectural heritage.

Capacity: Up to 20 guests

Dining Room & Solarium

The Dining Room offers a warm and refined setting for intimate gatherings, while the adjoining Solarium provides a light-filled space ideal for cocktails and guest flow.

Photo Sessions

The Academy Tent

Our 40' x 40' hexagon-shaped tent offers a beautiful open-air option on the Academy’s historic grounds.

• Up to 100 guests seated
• Up to 150 guests standing
