RAoM Consortiums support Interprofessional Leadership around specific topics.
In the spring of 2014, we started our Interprofessional Mentoring Program for students, residents and and practitioners in all disciplines (pre-health, medicine, nursing, NP, PA, OT, PT, social work, chaplaincy) through a grant from M&T Bank.
This program brings together practicing and retired physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals who are members of the Academy to share their "real world" experiences in practice with patients, families and colleagues, their personal stories and advice with all students interested in healthcare.
