The Rochester Academy of Medicine is happy to consider your request to jointly provide your CME activity. This process requires that we work together to ensure that MSSNY, ACCME & the Academy's policies are upheld. If you are new to CME the Academy strongly encourages you to call first before beginning the CME application for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
STEP 1: Complete the CME application
The application is the first step in the process and they are received through our online process. If you have any questions, please call our CME office at (585) 271-1307.
Jointly Provided Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) CME Application
A live activity planned as a series with multiple, ongoing sessions.
Jointly Provided Single Live Event CME Application
A live activity where the learner participates in real time.
Jointly Provided Enduring Material CME Application
An on-demand continuing medical education (CME) activity that does not have a specific time or location designated for participation.
Participants have the flexibility to decide when and if they want to complete the activity.
STEP 2: Notification of CME Certification Approval
The application will be reviewed and the CME office will contact you with a decision. If the application has been approved a certification letter, invoice and checklist of requirements will be issued.

Regularly Scheduled Series
RSS Program Fee: $695
For sessions running longer than 1 hour, each additional hour: $100
Per Participant Fee: $2
Single Live Event Courses
Program Fee: $795
For courses running longer than 1 hour, each additional hour: $100
Per Participant Fee (without certificate): $2
Per Participant Fee (with certificate): $5
Enduring Material Courses
Program Fee: $695
For courses running longer than 1 hour, each additional hour: $100
Course may be renewed pending approval for up to three years.
Renewal fee for additional year (up to three years): $100 per year
