Sourdough 101 Featuring: Sourdough Mama

Each participant will receive:

  • All ingredients provided for in-class prep

  • A ready-to-bake loaf to take home

  • A live sourdough starter

  • A glass jar, spatula, and cheesecloth

  • A proofing basket and bread razor

  • A detailed information packet with instructions and tips

  • Light refreshments during the session

  • Access to a cash bar on site

  • And plenty of sourdough inspiration!
